  • How do I place an order?
    It's really easy! Browse through our products, select your desired Adorée product, add to cart and check out! We'll receive your order confirmation and we'll be in contact through email with more details on production and delivery estimate.
  • What are the products made off?
    Our products are made out of cement, water and aggregates.
  • Are all products handmade?
    Yes, all our items are handmade in Aruba.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    All orders are made to order. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be made. We thank you in advanced for your patience.
  • Do you have items in stock and ready to buy?
    Yes, we usually have a small stock that can be ready for pick-up within a day. For more information on what we have in stock please contact us through our contact form. You can also message us on faceboook or instagram.
  • Why does my product have air bubbles or imperfections?
    Due to the nature of concrete, color variations, air bubbles and slight unevenness may occur. These are not considered defects. Please keep in mind, all our concrete products are handmade with lots of love by us for you.
  • How do I take care of my product?
    Every item is sealed and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Using harsh cleaning products and supplies may damage your product.
  • How can I pay for an Adorée Product?
    To complete your order please transfer the total amount to our bank account: Name: Adorée Lifestyle Concrete Account number: 6028 250 190 Bank: Aruba Bank Please state your full name and order number in the description box. If you wish to pay with cash upon pick-up or delivery, please contact us directly after placing your order via our contact page or social media pages. Don't forget to include your name and order number.
  • Can I see the collection in person?
    We are an online shop but we actually have Adorée products in a couple of lovely stores on the island: - Cookings Aruba (Solito 120, Aruba) - The Specialist (Caya Betico Croes 222, Cayana Mall, Aruba)
  • What is the return/exchange policy?
    We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery or pick-up. Item must be returned in its original conditions. Please keep in mind that all our concrete products are handmade. Each product will be unique. Characteristics such as air bubbles, slight unevenness, color variations are unavoidable due to the nature or concrete. These are not considered defects.
